Fitlook Studio is building an agentic production pipeline for fashion commerce content. Claude sits at the center — researching products, writing scripts, and orchestrating video assembly — turning what used to require a full content team into a repeatable workflow.
Every stage of production is handled by Claude-driven agents, designed to publish AI-avatar fashion shorts linked directly to the products they feature.
Claude scans Coupang for pieces matching our selection criteria — season, price band, review volume, and rating — and builds a candidate pool.
Example input: "October, 15°C weather, women's outerwear under ₩50,000" → ranked shortlist with links.
Claude writes narration and subtitles tailored to each item, matched to the format benchmarks we've studied frame by frame.
Example output: 30-second narration, timed subtitles, and a hook line engineered for the first second.
Claude Code orchestrates programmatic video assembly — AI-avatar clips, product visuals, and voiceover composed into a finished short.
Example output: the test renders in our Samples section below, cut to a 0.7–1.5s rhythm.
Shorts go out with product links attached, closing the loop from discovery to purchase in a single repeatable workflow.
Live: our fashion shorts channel 입을옷이없어 publishes on a daily cadence.
Fitlook Studio is a one-person AI-native studio based in Incheon, Korea, operated by Qualmers. We believe the next generation of commerce content won't be produced by bigger teams, but by better pipelines — and we're building ours with Claude at the core of every step.
Test renders from our production pipeline — AI-avatar fashion shorts generated from product briefs. Works in progress as we refine timing, subtitles, and voice sync. Full episodes publish on our YouTube channel 입을옷이없어.
